  I went to west orange Sears outlet and it was amazing. I was welcome with a smile and positive attitude. I found what I needed and more. I recommend this store to anyone.

  I was in the area shopping and decided to go into the store. I was just looking and didn't plan on buying anything. I was met by a pleasant young lady named Charis, she asked if I needed help and I told her I was just looking. After looking around for awhile she came and struck up a casual conversation with me, normally I get annoyed at that but she wasn't trying to push a sale on me, just talking. Well let's just say I ended up with a purchase anyway all because of her friendly approach. I hope Sears knows the valuable asset that they have in Charis, because of her I will be back if I have any other appliance needs and I am definitely telling my friends about her.
